Our stunning new Iken View developments, were designed by award winning London-based architects Haworth Tompkins. We chose to work with them because they have a track record of both award-winning modern architecture and the sensitive redevelopment of historic buildings.

At Snape Maltings the imaginative conversion of these Victorian industrial spaces provides large, light-filled rooms leading onto sheltered areas of external decking. Wooden floors and rendered walls form a backdrop for the expression of owners’ individual personalities.
