Snape Maltings is home to the world famous Concert Hall which is operated by Aldeburgh Music. Aldeburgh Music create a diverse programme of music which operates throughout the year.

All catering in the Concert Hall is prepared and supplied by Metfield Bakery. Other food outlets at the Maltings are owned and managed by the Snape Maltings catering team, who successfully operate the farmers markets, Café and Tea Shop.

The Aldeburgh Festival of music has been running since 1948 having been started by Benjamin Britten and Peter Pears.

In addition to the world-famous Concert Hall, Snape Maltings is also home to the new Hoffmann Building and the Britten–Pears Building, both of which contain a mixture of rehearsal and performance spaces including the Britten Studio and the Peter Pears Recital Room.
