- Please note that whilst we make every effort to ensure that the items listed in the catalogue are available, on rare occasions we may be out of stock, in which case we will notify you within 7 days. Delivery of out-of-stock items may take up to 6 weeks. We also try to maintain accurate prices, however some items may fluctuate in price, if the price changes after you have placed an order we will notify you within 7 days and offer a full refund.
Providing all items on your order are in stock, we aim to dispatch your goods within 1 – 2 working days of receipt of your order, but please allow up to 14 days for delivery. We do not keep stock of our larger furniture items so please check delivery dates with customer services. Items that are made to order will take up to 12 weeks from order.

Furniture Delivery Snape Maltings offers a home delivery service up to 200 miles from Snape. We will deliver larger items such as furniture to your home. To save you money we only price for the cost of one delivery person, but certain larger items will need an extra pair of hands, so please ensure that someone will be available to help when we deliver or ask us to quote for an extra person.
Our products have clear height, width and depth measurements displayed in the catalogue so when ordering furniture it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure any furniture purchased will fit freely through doorways, passageways, awkward corners etc. If upon delivery your furniture does not fit, we will be unable to refund your delivery charge and the return fee will be deducted from any refunds we make to you. - Privacy & Security
- For your security and piece of mind, we use a specialist third-party company called SagePay to process all credit and debit card payments. Snape Maltings do not retain a copy of your credit or debit card details.
Snape Maltings store does retain details of registered users, each order placed by then, and the address that it is shipped to.
Snape Maltings will not disclose your details to any third parties other than those needed to fulfill your order (for example the delivery agent who delivers your orders, and the company taking your payments).
We will add your name and address to our mailing list to keep you informed of the status of your order and to let you know about special offers, new products or sales.

A cookie is used to identify the contents of your shopping basket (a cookie is a text file stored on your computer). No information in the cookie can identify you.
Snape Maltings also record information about how visitors use the website in order to help improve the user experience. This information is anonymous (and cannot identify individual customers’ behaviour).
If you would like to see a record of information Snape Maltings holds about you, please contact customer service via email on customerservices@snapemaltings.co.uk (we may make a small administration charge to supply this information). - Returns & Replacements
- We are happy to offer a full refund on any item within 7 days of receiving the goods, providing that the packaging and the goods themselves remain in the same condition that we sent them. We are not able to give refunds on any ‘made to order’ items.
If you want to make a return, please notify customer services either by email on customerservices@snapemaltings.co.uk or by telephone on 01728 687171. We will give you a returns number, which is to be sent with the returned product. We recommend that any returns are sent recorded delivery and proof of postage is kept. Returns are sent at your expense. - Ordering

- If you have registered with Snape Maltings you can view all previous orders online from the my account section. You will receive an email when your order is dispatched, which will contain a tracking number you can use to follow the progress of your order.
