Exhibitors
We are expecting over 90 exhibitors showcasing organic vegetables, fresh and smoked fish, rare breed meat and game, cheeses, frozen yoghurt, jams, beer, wine and lager. Virtually all our exhibitors’ businesses are based here in East Suffolk, reflecting the high quality and tremendous variety of food and drink in the region.
Programmes & Workshops
The main festival weekend is always an impressive two-day programme of talks, workshops and cookery demonstrations from top chefs including, already confirmed for 2011, Matthew Fort, Galton Blackiston, Valentine Warner, Sheila Dillon, Brett Graham and Fergus Henderson, as well as many of the finest local Suffolk chefs.
Admission
Admission, payable at the entrance to the carparks will be £6 per person per day if booked online in advance (from 1st May) which includes a shopping bag between two. Weekend tickets are available for £10 in advance. Programmes will be for sale at £1 each. Children aged 12 and under may visit the Festival free of charge. Parking at Snape Maltings is always free. Dogs are permitted on site on leads, but regrettably, with the exception of guide dogs, they are not allowed in the marquees.
